Eva Lei is a member of the Julie Long Team who are well-known for providing world-class marketing, high-tech service, trendsetting staging and offering a fun and smooth experience. Her career first began in the tech industry where she worked as a Human Resource Analyst for 8 years. Eva’s passion has always been in real estate, though, which prompted her gradual transition into the industry. She started out by buying investment properties throughout the Bay Area and renting them out to build equity. Eventually, Eva decided to get her Real Estate license so that she could represent herself. Before long, her pull towards real estate motivated her to dive straight in and make a career change, leaving her job in Tech to pursue a career in Real Estate.

When Eva is not busy guiding her clients, she enjoys spending time with her partner and dog. Together they love to go hiking and explore new trails around the Bay Area. She is also passionate about expanding her experience and knowledge about home renovations and flipping homes.
