Ashley Mancera is a member of the Julie Long Team who are very well known for their top-level marketing, high end and trendy staging, ahead of the curve tech services, and offer a fun and supportive experience. As a San Ramon Valley native, Ashley has deep roots in the community and loves to be a resource to her friends and neighbors. Serving her community has always been ingrained in Ashley. Prior to working in real estate, Ashley was an Education Specialist, teaching students with moderate to severe disabilities. While she still loves to be connected to her students and their families, after she and her husband began to purchase their own investment properties, her interest and passion for real estate grew. This interest led her to earning her real estate license and beginning to serve her community in a new and exciting way.

Ashley thrives on building relationships with her clients. She consistently prioritizes their needs and desires when it comes to selling their home or helping them buy the home of their dreams. She prides herself in building a strong foundation of trust with her clients. Ashley understands how monumental it is in someone’s life to purchase or sell a home and she does everything she can to make each transaction as smooth as possible. She wants this to be an exciting and memorable experience for all her clients. 

Ashley’s true inspiration comes from her supportive family. Her husband and three daughters propel her to be the best version of herself. When she is not helping clients, Ashley can be found, alongside her husband, cheering her daughters on at their swim meets or soccer games, volunteering at her daughters’ school, or chasing after her Chocolate Lab and English Bulldog.
